Lacrosse is just like anything else you do in your life, you get out of it what you put into it.  Lacrosse isn't about physical strength, it's about mental toughness and how hard you work when nobody is watching.  Lacrosse is about the smile on a players face when they relive the moments with their team as they walk off the field.  Lacrosse is about being a part of a community, that all share the passion to play the game.
